Refund policy
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if within 7 days of receiving your purchase you change your mind, we'll be happy to offer a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction or PayPal account.
All Parts they must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original, undamaged packaging, along with your completed returns note.
Items for return must comply with our Returns Policy:
- Engraved or personalized parts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns for items purchased on sale.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If you receive the wrong product or if your order is not what you expected, contact our customer service team as soon as possible and have the number order confirmation by hand.
We sincerely apologize if you've experienced any issues with any Lavender jewelry. Our customer service team will be happy to help you. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will repair or replace it as necessary. After 48 hours of receipt, any damage to the item will be the full responsibility of the buyer.
Lavender Reward Points are for single use only and are non-refundable. If you return an order, the points you earned on that order will be deducted from your account when your return is processed. If you have already spent the points earned on the returned order, the value of the purchase corresponding to the points used will be deducted from your total refund.
Please note that refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt at our headquarters.
