      You will receive an email/SMS with your tracking code and the link to access the tracking service for your order.

      All orders include our custom packaging.

      We have the following shipping options available:

      Standard Shipping:

      Purchases over $599mxn is FREE.

      Purchases under $599mxn shipping cost is $100mxn.

      Standard orders will ship within 48 hours of ordering. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

      The package will take 2-4 business days to arrive after being shipped.

      Express Shipping:

      Cost of express shipping $150mxn.

      Express orders will be shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

      The package will arrive within the next business day after being shipped.

      Considerations:

      • Business days are Monday through Friday from 00:01am to 11:59pm. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.
      • In express shipments, if your order is placed before 12:00 pm (noon) it will be shipped the same day, if your order is placed after the indicated time, it will be shipped until the next business day.
      • Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
      • You can follow the route of your package by consulting the guide that we will send you by email.
      • Delivery times are estimates and Lavanda is not responsible for any delay as it is the responsibility of the shipping company.

      During sales periods, promotions or times of high sales volume (such as Christmas or Black Friday), the delivery time may be longer than usual due to changes in preparation times.
